    We had a Beautiful King Room with a Balcony, and it was super comfy! The design felt luxurious and the bed made it hard to get out of. Plus, the balcony offered a nice view to chill out on. I loved the attention to detail-everything was immaculate! Oh, and arriving to a birthday cake and flowers was such a sweet touch. Just felt really special!

    The breakfast spreads were an epic culinary journey with a stellar traditional Indonesian option that had our taste buds dancing. The butler service? Talk about next-level-just one WhatsApp chat, and they were there to cater to our every need! Not to forget the magical pool area. It seemed like our own little paradise.

    Still, everything glimmered with luxury was good. Jakarta does it again!

    For my recent stay, I found that the hotel offers really good service with a helpful, and attentive staff. the facilities like a restaurant, deli with good coffee and pastries, and St Regis Bar provided me with an excellent experience. I enjoyed the spa, one of the best I've had. The location was an added advantage as it was convenient for me to explore the city.

    Everything was spot on.

    This hotel has everything you need for a great staycation. There is a restaurant, deli with tasty pastries and good coffee, a spa and a bar for you to enjoy. the staff is friendly and helpful and the room is compared favorably to other five-star hotels in the area. the location is also great compared to other nearby hotels and attractions.

    The hotel's gym is quite small and lackluster.

    Had an okay stay at this hotel with not-so-great service. The staff were just okay, and not really friendly nor helpful. However, the room was clean and decent, with a restaurant and spa service available. The location is also alright, but not really close to popular attractions.

    I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel for a staycation or vacation, as there are better options nearby. The service is lacking, and the hotel itself is just average.

    I spent my Christmas holidays at this hotel and honestly, it was just okay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel offered a decent restaurant and bar. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. Best aspects: One of the best things about this hotel was its spa services. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage treatment, which was definitely a highlight of my stay. the hotel offered a deli with good coffee and pastries, which was a nice touch.

    There were several downsides to my experience. the room was extremely cramped and did not match up to my expectations.

    We had a luxurious spa experience at this hotel, with exclusive amenities such as a sauna, massage, body wraps, and facial. the service was exemplary and the staff were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas available.

    The location wasn't ideal for us, as we had to travel quite far to access some of the attractions we wanted to visit. the hotel provided private facilities and a poolside snack bar which made up for this minor inconvenience.
